Not only will I help you create a sleep plan tailored to the needs of you and your little one but i can support you with sleep in the moment if needed via WhatsApp too!

In this package you will receive:
5 Zoom Calls With Charmaine
Personalised Sleep Plan created for you by Charmaine
*24/7 access to Charmaine via WhatsApp for 14 Days
*access to any pre recorded classes/workshops or resources created by Charmaine that will benefit you and your sleep situation.
1st Call up to 60 mins session - This session is a no judgement off loading session where you can talk about your babys sleep struggles, ways you tried to help your child sleep, what you find most difficult and how you feel. This session can be just you & me or both you and your partner and myself. In this call i'll listen, explain whats normal, sleep wise for a child of your little ones age and suggest some quick fixes if needed. After this call i'll draw up a sleep plan for you based on you and your family's needs and goals. This will usually be emailed over to you within 3-5 working days but usually faster.
2nd Call up to 45 mins session - This session takes place after you've received your sleep plan and we discuss in more detail how to carry it out. This is when you can decide what parts of the plan you'd like to try or point out any parts of the plan you are unhappy with or feel may not be suitable for you. My sleep plans are always looking for the quickest easiest and as little stress and upset as possible route to sleep. This is also when we will discuss quick wins for sleep and finalise the sleep plan ready to start putting the plan into action and get more sleep.
The 30 days of WhatsApp support officially begins after the 2nd call and the final sleep plan has been agreed.
3rd Call Up to 30 mins sessions - This session takes place around 7 days after the 2 nd call, this call is to discuss progress and how to continue the plan moving forward. we'll also discuss what may not be working and adapt the plan as needed. i'll also share some resources with you if needed to help support you with sleep.
4th Call Up to 30mins session - This sessions takes place around 7 days after the 3rd zoom call and again is to discuss progress and what may not be working and any suggestions for improvement will be shared if needed.
5th Last Call up to 45 mins session - This session will conclude the coaching period, this call is to discuss overall progress and how to continue the plan moving forward. What to expect in erms of nromal sleep habits for children of your child age moving forward. I'll also share resources with you if needed to help support you with sleep now that our coaching period has ended.
* any additional resources included will be chosen by Charmaine for use of the parent.
* response times via WhatsApp may vary. Charmaine will usually respond to messages as and when seen then however it may take me upto 4 hours to respond in some cases. Charmaine reserves the right to take up to 12 hours to respond.
