- Education & reassurance about normal sleep for your child's age & stage of development. Red flag identification

-Emailed Outline of ideas & suggestions to support or improve sleep for your little one.

-Please note - there is no follow up contact or support included in this package. 

How To Book This Service:

1. Add the service you require to the basket and make payment at the checkout. You will be emailed a reciept for your payment 
2. Within 24 hours or sooner you will receive an email from me asking you to complete an Sleep Assessment form and to select a date and time for your zoom session. It is also useful to keep a sleep diary at least 3 days prior to the call to help Charmaine assess any possible issues/red flags.
3. The Sleep Assessment Form must be completed at least 24 hrs BEFORE your Zoom session.
4. Any ideas or suggestions to help with sleep will be emailed to you after the zoom session. 
5. There is no personlised sleep action plan created or follow uo support included with this package.
